Risotto with saffron chicken, king prawns and peppers.

Sautéed pancetta infused in onion, in a touch of creamy sauce and courgettes.

Home made pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Sicilian sausages, rocket and shaved parmesan.

Maialino ai Funghi
Pork fillet marinated with balsamic vinegar and honey in a mushroom sauce, served with potatoes and champion mushrooms.
